Winter Weather

7th January 2010: Mes Bach has been closed for the last few days and will remain closed tomorrow due to the weather. All the local schools are also closed.

Christmas Fete

Our Christmas Fete will be held at Mes Bach on Friday 4th December 3.30pm-5pm. We have the usual stalls, such as raffle, craft, cake and bottle stall, tea and coffee and not forgetting santa's grotto. We ask if parents would kindly donate an item for our hamper raffle prize. The list will be on the nursery notice board as well as a cake and bottle stall list. Any item you could donate would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Fee Increase

From January 2010 there will be a slight increase as follows:

  • Nursery
    • Morning (8.30-12) - £8.50, sibling £6.00
    • Afternoon (12-3.30) - £8.50, sibling £6.00
    • 3.30-6.00 - £6.50, sibling £5.50
  • After School Club
    • 3.30-6.00 - £6.50, sibling £5.50
  • Holiday Club
    • 8.30-6.00 - £20.00, sibling £18.00
    • 8.30-1/1-6 (half days) - £10.00, sibling £9.00

Christmas Holiday Club

Nursery will provide holiday club 8.30am-1pm on Monday 21, Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December at a cost of £9.00 per session. Holiday club for the 4-11yr olds will be held on 21-23 December 8.30am-6pm and 8.30am-1pm on 24 December. Booking forms are now available. We are then closed until 5th January 2010. There will be no ASC on Friday 18th December as school closes at 1:30pm.

Grand Opening

On Monday June 1st 2009 at 11am we hope to have Sali Mali to help advertise the opening of extending hours to nursery. All welcome to come along!

Coffee Morning

On Saturday 6th June at 10am-12noon we have organised a coffee morning at Waunfawr Hall. The entrance fee is £1.00 and you will receive coffee/tea and a biscuit. There will be a cake stall, bric brac, hook the duck, knock the tin cans down, lucky dip, face painting, hair braiding and more... Please come and support us!
